Supervised Process
It’s not just doing things better, it’s making sure that our service is excellent. This means that each site has a dedicated site supervisor. The site supervisor makes sure the project keeps moving forward, that the trades show up when they are supposed to, and that all deliveries are made on time. They also monitor the trades on-site ensuring that the quality you expect is maintained.
On top of your Site Supervisor is the Sr. Project Manager that makes daily trips to each project, his years of experience and education means he can spot problems long before they occur or find solutions that make the home function better. Our personal favourite is when he suggested changing the HVAC system so that the 2nd-floor furnace room could be moved, giving the master bedroom a bigger walk-in closet. It is little things like these that make RS Homes different from other builders.
Custom Home Tailored to Your Budget
People who come to RS Homes often have one big concern: they are afraid costs will go up. While most builders use a cost-plus method where costs can soar, RS Homes gives a fixed cost to make sure that does not happen. We work with a budget, breaking them down for our clients, giving budget allotments for finishing, like floors and bathroom fixtures.
If our clients want to make changes, then we let them know upfront what that cost is and let them decide if the change is necessary. Something every one of our clients appreciates.
Always Up-To-Date
Another concern people have when they come to us is lack of communication between themselves and their builder. RS Homes has eliminated this by creating a CRM program for each of our new home builds, where our clients can log in daily to see what has happened on that day.
What they find are pictures of the work done and a log of what trades were working that day. It is so detailed that it even shows you the weather. Of course, you are welcome to come to the site, all we ask is you wear a helmet and steel-toed boots for your safety.
